Great Green Smoothie Challenge!

Are you ready to look and feel your best?

Join me for the 7-Day Great Green Smoothie Challenge!!!

So here are the details…all you have to do is add
one, two or three green smoothies to your daily eats for seven days!

(They make a great breakfast and post-workout recovery drink.)

The challenge starts on Monday, June 18th so you have the weekend
to stock up and get prepared.

My “base recipe” for green smoothies can be found below and I will also be trying to expand my smoothie recipe repertoire and sharing some new combinations with you over the course of the week.

The fun part is that I’d like for you to do the challenge with me!
To sign up just leave a comment on my website (on the contact page) and I’ll post a list of the participants. We’ll do a final round up at the end with everyone who completed the challenge.
Feel free to send in pictures and share recipes!

If you live locally, the Royal Bean in Yarmouth, will be selling the

4 cups spinach or kale, 1 cucumber (peeled), 1 apple (cored), 1 banana, 1 cup water &
4 ice cubes
